主席的話
2019年2月國務院印發《粵港澳大灣區發展規劃綱要》，提出要打造粵港澳大灣區，建設成世界級城市群，有利於豐富“一國兩制”實踐內涵，進一步密切內地與港澳交流合作，為港澳經濟社會發展以及港澳同胞到內地發展提供更多機會，保持港澳長期繁榮穩定。
我們是一團愛國愛港、經驗及理念相約的物流及供應鏈管理相關從業人仕，全部都曾在國內或香港參與各協會義務工作。當國家提出建設粵港澳大灣區倡議時，我們都感到非常興奮，首先是讚嘆國家領導人的智慧、同時亦深信這些倡議將恵及大灣區內各城市全面發展。
眾所皆知，領先的物流及供應鏈操作一直與國家所有行業發展息息相關，能協助我國貿易降本增效。作為業內資深人仕，我們深明這聯合會能發揮巨大的滙聚區內物流供應鏈專業人士的能力及能推動他們跨產業合作而產出巨大的綜效。所以我們當仁不讓，透過成立這大灣區國際物流供應鏈產業聯合會，主動積極參與這些意義非凡義務工作。
根據我們多年協會工作的經驗，深明一個區域資源的匯聚，若能透過創意的整合，定可創造出創新、獨特及具規模的綜效。所以我們將與廣東省內及國內其他區域志同道合的同道中人一齊合作，深挖一些能與香港相關產業產生合作從而產生綜效的可能性項目，牽頭推動進一步工作。稍後我們將進一步以大灣區為中心，配合國家政策與創新科技，推動一帶一路網絡、東盟區域、金磚國家、上海合作組織等的傳統商貿、跨境電商與服務貿易的合作。
Chairman’s Message
In February 2019, the State Council issued the Outline Development Plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, proposing to build the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area into a world-class city cluster, which is conducive to enriching the connotation of the practice of “One Country, Two Systems”, further strengthening exchanges and cooperation between the Mainland and Hong Kong and Macao, providing more opportunities for the economic and social development of Hong Kong and Macao and the development of Hong Kong and Macao compatriots in the Mainland, and maintaining the long-term prosperity and stability of Hong Kong and Macao.
We are a group of people who love our country and Hong Kong, have similar experience and philosophy in logistics and supply chain management, all of whom have participated in the voluntary work of various associations in China or Hong Kong. When the country put forward the initiative to build the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, we were very excited, first of all, to praise the wisdom of the national leaders, and at the same time, we were convinced that this initiative would promote the comprehensive development of the cities in the Greater Bay Area.
As we all know, leading logistics and supply chain practices have always been closely related to the development of all industries in the country, which can help China’s trade with cost reduction and efficiency. As industry veterans, we understand that this consortium can leverage the capabilities of logistics supply chain professionals in the region and promote their cross-industry cooperation to produce huge synergies. Therefore, we take the lead to actively participate in these meaningful volunteer work through the establishment of the “Federation of Greater Bay International Logistics and Supply Chain Industry”. Based on our many years of experience in the association’s work, we understand that the convergence of a regional resource can create innovative, unique and scale synergies through the integration of ideas. Therefore, we will work with like-minded people in Guangdong Province and other regions in China to explore some potential projects that can produce synergies with Hong Kong-related industries and take the lead in promoting further work.
Ride on national policies and innovation and technology, we will use the Greater Bay Area as the base to further cooperate with the Belt and Road Network, ASEAN, BRICS countries, Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), etc. to promote cooperation in traditional commerce, cross-border e-commerce and service trade.
